12 mesh garnet sand is our coarse-grade natural almandine garnet abrasive, processed through gravity separation, magnetic separation and multi-stage screening. It features large angular grits, high hardness, strong cutting power and excellent toughness, designed for heavy-duty aggressive blasting jobs.
This coarse garnet abrasive delivers fast stripping efficiency for heavy rust, thick old coatings, mill scale and stubborn corrosion. It produces deep, uniform surface profiles and can achieve Sa 3 cleanliness standard for critical industrial coating projects. Our 12 mesh garnet has low free silica, low dust generation and stable performance, complying with global workplace safety requirements.
