100 mesh garnet sand is our fine-grade natural almandine garnet abrasive, manufactured by gravity separation, magnetic separation, washing and precise multi-stage screening. It features tightly controlled uniform particle size, sharp cutting edges, high hardness and low dust generation. This fine garnet grit delivers consistent performance for precision blasting and fine waterjet cutting, creating smooth, even surface profiles without deep gouging.

This 100 mesh garnet abrasive is widely selected for fine surface preparation, light rust removal, thin paint stripping, glass etching and precision waterjet cutting. It can reach ISO 8501-1 Sa3 cleanliness standard, offering ideal surface texture for paint and coating adhesion. With low soluble silica content, it is safe for operators and meets international workplace environmental standards.
