Garnet sand

80A garnet sand is our premium fine-medium almandine garnet abrasive, processed by gravity separation, magnetic separation, washing and precision multi-stage screening. It features tightly controlled particle distribution, high hardness, sharp cutting edges, low dust output and stable performance, balancing excellent cutting power and fine surface finish.

This 80A grade garnet is widely used for high-pressure waterjet cutting and precision sandblasting. It delivers clean, smooth cutting edges with consistent abrasive flow and reduces nozzle clogging for waterjet machines. For blasting work, it removes light rust, thin paint coatings and mill scale, creating uniform, fine surface profiles and meeting ISO 8501-1 Sa3 cleanliness requirements. It has low soluble silica content, safe and eco-friendly for workshop operations.
